What we publish

Facts with a source you could check yourself. Legal statements on this site come from the Act, the Rules and government publications, not from other affiliate sites. Where we cite a date, a penalty or a section number, it is because we read it.

Maths we ran ourselves. The probability tables on this site are computed from the crash model P(reach x) = 0.97 ÷ x, and the strategy results come from simulations we wrote and ran — 200,000 sessions per system, with the method stated on the page itself so you can reproduce it. We do not copy odds tables from other sites, and we do not publish a number we cannot derive.

Uncertainty, marked as uncertainty. Where something is not publicly documented — Spribe's exact hash-to-multiplier implementation, for instance — we say so rather than presenting the common model as verified fact.

What we will not publish

• Predictions of Aviator rounds. They cannot exist. Aviator's outcome is committed before the flight begins, so any tool claiming to forecast it is either broken or lying. We will not host one, link one, or soften this.
• Invented statistics. No "87% accuracy", no fabricated win rates, no screenshots of results we did not produce. If you see a number on this site, it comes from a formula or a simulation we can show you.
• Fake urgency or fake scarcity. No countdown timers on bonuses, no "3 slots left", no invented user counts.
• Celebrity endorsement claims. Ambani, Virat Kohli and the rest have not endorsed Aviator apps. We debunk those rather than repeat them.
• Guaranteed winnings, in any phrasing. The house edge is 3% of everything staked. We will say so on a page selling nothing and on a page carrying an affiliate link, in the same words.

How we are funded

This site earns money from affiliate links. When you follow a link to a casino from one of our pages and sign up, we may be paid a commission. That is the entire business model — we do not sell predictors, subscriptions, signal groups, courses or "activation codes", and we never will.

What that funding does and does not buy:

• It does not buy a rating. Operators cannot pay for a position in our comparison table, and the rating method is published.
• It does not buy softer coverage. We describe offshore licensing as offshore licensing, and we state the current Indian legal position on pages that carry our affiliate links, including that real-money play is prohibited under the 2025 Act.
• It does mean you should read us with that in mind. An affiliate site telling you gambling is risky is still an affiliate site. Weigh our maths, which you can check, more heavily than our recommendations, which you cannot.

Responsible gambling comes before conversion

Every page that mentions real money also carries the 3% edge, the dry-streak reality, and the fact that most players lose over time. Our free tools are built to model loss risk, not to make a session look winnable. We would rather lose a click than teach someone to chase.

Accuracy, updates and corrections

• Legal and tax content is dated, because it changes. The Online Gaming Act's Rules came into force on 1 May 2026 and the Supreme Court challenge is live, so anything we write about it is a snapshot.
• We update rather than quietly rewrite. When a material fact changes, we change the page and the date.
• We correct errors. If something on this site is wrong, tell us at the address on our contact page and we will fix it and say what changed. Corrections are not embarrassing; stale pages are.

What we are not

We are not Spribe, not a casino, not an operator, and not a licensing authority. We do not take bets, hold funds or run games. Aviator, its interface and its imagery belong to Spribe. Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice — for the tax treatment of winnings talk to a chartered accountant, and for your position under state gambling law talk to a lawyer.
